How long does delivery take?
Sea freight takes about 6 to 10 weeks from collection to your door — the best value, especially for heavy or bulky goods. Air freight takes 5 to 10 days when you need it fast.
How is the price calculated?
Sea freight is based on weight and volume. Use the estimator above for an indicative figure, then send us your item for a confirmed quote covering item cost, shipping, customs and door delivery.
What are the minimum and maximum order sizes?
Orders ship in boxes: a half box or a full box (1m × 50 × 50 maximum). For liquids, bulk goods or heavy-duty items, we also ship in sealed barrels. You can order a single specific item — we source it and send it in the next available box or barrel, combined with other items to fill the space. This keeps shipping efficient and your cost fair.
How do I pay?
You can pay by MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or bank transfer. For items we buy on your behalf, we confirm the payment with you before purchasing anything.
Where in Europe and the US can you buy from?
Anywhere in Europe or the US. We order from any shop or seller — Amazon.de, Otto, MediaMarkt, Zalando and more — and consolidate everything at our our hub before shipping.
Can family in Europe or the US send items home?
Yes. Relatives in Europe or the US can ship or drop off parcels to us, and we deliver to their loved ones in Cameroon, door-to-door in Limbe.
What can't you ship?
